History of the website: This website was first seen on http://www.ucl.ac.uk/surfaces whilst under Tasneem Mohiuddins's management during the period 1999 -2000 (please see above for an archive copy). After this it was then moved to http://www.chem.ucl.ac.uk/surfaces/index.html and some very minor changes were made to it once in April 2001.
Recent News (last update Jan 2003): No further new versions of this website (Prof David E Williams', Surfaces and Interfaces Research Group Website) will now be made, as Prof. David E Williams moved from University College London in the Summer of 2002, and is now the Chief Scientist at Unipath Ltd based in Bedford, UK. Therefore the research group has now effectively been disbanded.
