• New Scientist Job Section
  a good website for scientists, but probably not as good as it was before it globalised. It seems to have less jobs for the London and SE region of England now than it used to. Search allows one of 3 parts of the world, and then specific regions within these including those in the UK
• Nature Magazine 
  not as many physical science jobs, more geared for medical and biological jobs, search does allow different locations in the UK to be identified
• Institute of Physics Jobs 
  updated very regularly
• Royal Society of Chemistry Jobs 
  not updated very regularly so watch out for out of date jobs

• Jobs.ac.uk
• Eduserv Vacancies
• University of London: Job Opportunities Bulletin
  a PDF containing the latest job opportunities can be downloaded from here at the beginning of each week

• Science Recruitment Group: SRG Labstaff etc.
• Briff
  easy to use jobsearch on website, however just broad regions of the country have been given and specific areas such as London have not been identified
• PhD Jobs
  jobs for postgraduates: need to register with name & e-mail each time this site is used
• Camco Scientific Recruitment
  Can search by areas in the South East of England, such as Middlesex and Kent, but not London

• National Physical Laboratory (NPL) Jobs
  not updated as often as it should be, so watch out for out of date jobs
• Laboratory of the Government Chemist (LGC)

• Guardian Newspaper
  includes specialist science and IT sections
• GoJobsite
  includes a scientific section with some jobs

  includes a science section
• Jobsgopublic
  includes museum jobs for scientists, as well as academic & IT jobs

  a few scientific jobs, some considerably old and not to do with their agency but just listed from newspapers as a public service

  easy to search by science category and location, but very few jobs given

  not many sub categories listed under scientific, not many locations, only a few jobs listed

  some science jobs, but it is hard to do a general search for science in a specific area
